Support during the private beta
The permanent support route has not been designated.The external beta download therefore remains blocked. This staging page intentionally does not list an unconfirmed email address or form.
What you can share safely
- app version and build;
- macOS version and Apple silicon model class;
- the relevant guide step;
- expected behavior and the exact standardized error code;
- a content-free diagnostic report you have reviewed;
- whether the problem involves Mail, Calendar, the secure connection, installation, or accessibility.
What you must never share
Do not share account names, email addresses, subjects, message content, recipients, event titles, locations, notes, attendees, identifiers, operation IDs, passwords, API keys, Keychain values, or private screenshots.
Operational response targets

These are operational targets for the controlled beta, not contractual service levels.
